"Nothing is individualized"

"Made to generate money from vulnerable families of means. This is not a treatment center so much as a dispassionate babysitting service for adult women. It may be located in beautiful Malibu, but clients are seldom let off the premises, even to go to the local gym as promised by the center's marketing. Nothing is individualized about the services they provide. It is primarily group therapy, and everyone attends the same 2 or 3 groups per day, regardless of treatment goals and current level of functioning. Staff gossip about each other and clients.
